PAL (Parents as Leaders) Retreat Training<\/p>\n

November 6-8, 2009<\/p>\n

Co-Hosted by TX Hands & Voices and The Educational Resource Center on Deafness (ERCOD)<\/p>\n

Whether you have just started the journey as a new parent or you have
\nbeen traveling the path for many years and have older children, we invite
\nyou to attend a training for parents of d\/Deaf or Hard of Hearing children.
\nLearn how to help lead your child to success by participating in this
\ntraining and networking with experienced parents and professionals.<\/p>\n

How can you be a part of an effort to provide support and leadership
\nto families and encourage positive change for children who are d\/Deaf or
\nHard in Hearing in Texas!<\/p>\n

Come to the Parents as Leaders (PAL) training retreat and find out!<\/p>\n

Registration begins at 4:00 pm on Friday and retreat activities conclude
\non Sunday morning. The registration fee is $40.00 which includes 2 nights
\nlodging (must share a room) and all training sessions. This event will be
\nheld at the Holiday Inn, Civic Center, 801 Avenue Q, Lubbock, TX 79401.<\/p>\n
