Healing Hands Ranch Open House & Benefit Concert<\/strong><\/p>\n

Healing Hands Ranch, the world\u2019s first and only aftercare facility for deaf
\nex-offenders is having its 2nd annual open house and benefit concert this
\nSaturday, November 14th. The open house is from 1:00 PM \u2013 5:00 PM at the
\nranch in Willis, Texas and the benefit concert is from 7:00 PM \u2013 9:00 PM at
\nThe Light Community Fellowship in Willis, Texas.<\/p>\n

You are invited to come out to one or both of our events this Saturday. The
\nbenefit concert will be performed by Mark Mitchum, a Christian concert
\nartist using \u2018Sign Art\u2019 to convey music into ASL.<\/p>\n

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14th, 2009<\/p>\n

Open House: 1:00 PM \u2013 5:00 PM
\nThe first event will be an open house of our aftercare facility, Healing
\nHands Ranch, from 1:00 PM \u2013 5:00 PM. This will be a \u201ccome-and-go\u201d event.
\nFeel free to come anytime between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM and stay as long as
\nyou\u2019d like. You will be given a personal tour of our grounds and the
\nopportunity to meet our residents. Healing Hands Ranch is the world\u2019s first
\nand only facility of its kind, designed to help prepare Deaf ex-offenders
\nfor successful re-entry into society.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve never visited Healing Hands Ranch, or if you\u2019d like to come back
\nand visit us again, this is the best time for you to come and learn about
\nour facilities. We\u2019re located 12 miles northeast of Conroe in the heart of
\nthe Sam Houston National Forest. Our facilities consist of 27-acres with 8
\npermanent buildings. Come and see what we\u2019re all about!<\/p>\n

Benefit Concert: 7:00 PM \u2013 9:00 PM
\nFollowing our open house, we will be having a benefit concert featuring an
\ninspirational Christian concert artist, Mark Mitchum. Mark is well known
\namong the Deaf for his beautiful and inspiring rendition of christian music
\nthrough the use of \u2018Sign Art\u2019 \u2014 an artistic form of American Sign Language.
\nYou do not need to know sign language to enjoy the beauty of Sign Art. All
\nmusic will be audible and you will be able to follow Mark\u2019s expression of
\nmusic through his hands. It will be an awesome experience, don\u2019t miss it!<\/p>\n

The benefit concert will be held at The Light Community Fellowship in
\nWillis, Texas from 7:00 PM \u2013 9:00 PM. The Light is located off the I-45
\nsouthbound feeder road between Longstreet and FM 1097 in Willis, Texas.<\/p>\n
