Travel and hotel for out-of-town members will be paid through reimbursement from the Medicaid Infrastructure Grant. This includes mileage or airfare, hotel room, and parking. Breakfast is included with the MAC meetig. Meals during the conference are on your own but morning and afternoon snack breaks are provided.<\/p>\n
