Millington joins Jones<\/p>\n
Lang LaSalle in Fort Worth<\/p>\n
His new job: Gary Millington joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a vice president
\nof property management. Millington will lead property management in Fort
\nWorth and will work closely with Greg Grainger to grow the firm\u2019s property
\nmanagement capabilities in the region. The firm currently manages and\/or
\nleases about 14.5 million square feet in the region.<\/p>\n
Demonstrating immediate traction, Millington will lead the property
\nmanagement efforts at the firm\u2019s newest leasing and management assignment,
\n550 N. Bailey Ave. in West Fort Worth, a seven-floor, Class A office
\nbuilding owned by Goff Capital.<\/p>\n
His background: Millington has been in the commercial real estate industry
\nspecializing in property management for more than 20 years. He comes to
\nJones Lang LaSalle from CB Richard Ellis, where he was an associate
\ndirector. Prior to that, Millington worked for Regis Property Management and
\nBrandywine Realty Trust (formerly Prentiss Properties LTD). He is on the
\nBoard of Directors of Fort Worth BOMA and participates on many committees.
\nHe also is involved in Big Brothers and Sisters of America and is a Red
\nCross volunteer.<\/p>\n
