Now, December is here as the 12th month and the last month of this year
\n2009. As I know you all have been busy going shopping for Christmas, spend
\ntime with your family and loved ones and probably going hunting..<\/p>\n

I would like to notify all of you that the General Meeting on Friday,
\nDecember 18th is now CANCELLED. So, we will have the next General Meeting on
\nSaturday, January 23rd along with the Election Night.<\/p>\n

I also would like to remind all of you that the DAD building will open at
\n7pm on Friday and Saturday nights and will close at 2am afterwards. We will
\nno longer to open DAD earlier before 7pm. Thanks for your cooperation and
\nunderstanding.<\/p>\n

I am sure all of you were wondering what is going on with the patio awning
\nthat we promised to build last month. Rick and I finally got the new
\ncertified survey for the whole DAD (including parking, patio etc). As Rick
\nand I plan to go back to the City of Dallas this week to show the survey and
\ndrawings of the new patio awning. Once when we receive the permit from the
\nCity of Dallas, we will start to build right away. So, Rick and I have
\nagreed that we will try our best to have the patio awning to be fully
\ncompleted by December 31. Rick and I hope you will understand with patience
\nfor the upcoming new patio awning at the DAD building.<\/p>\n

As you know we will have our Christmas CINGO this coming Saturday night. I
\nhope all of you can come and have fun there. There is a charge of $15 per
\nperson at the door.<\/p>\n

DAD will be open on Christmas Night (December 25th) and Saturday, December
\n26th. Hope you can come by and enjoy there with us!<\/p>\n

Also, we will host our New Year Eve Party on Friday, December 31st at DAD.
\nIf you are interested to attend, please see the NYE Party chairperson –
\nSonja Cooksey or Assistant Chairperson – Steven Whitworth. Need know more
\ninformation – please go and look thru our DAD events from this website.<\/p>\n

If you have any concern or question to ask, please come and see one of the
\nofficers and board members in a timely way as you can.<\/p>\n

We can listen and take your word so we can work on some changes around DAD
\nin a latter time.<\/p>\n
