The new technical<br \/>\nassistance document, which will be released in several installments over<br \/>\nthe next ten months, is entitled \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The ADA Best Practices Tool Kit for<br \/>\nState and Local Governments.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/p>\n<p>The Tool Kit is designed to teach state<br \/>\nand local government officials how to identify and fix problems that<br \/>\nprevent people with disabilities from gaining equal access to state and<br \/>\nlocal government programs, services, and activities.  It will also teach<br \/>\nstate and local officials how to conduct accessibility surveys of their<br \/>\nbuildings and facilities to identify and remove architectural barriers to<br
