Police: Deaf husband stabs estranged wife to death, injures boyfriend<\/strong><\/p>\n

WILLIS, Texas\u2014Police said a deaf man, in the middle of a divorce, broke into
\nhis estranged wife’s home and stabbed her and her lover multiple times in a
\njealous rage Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Police said around 8 a.m., the man drove near his estranged wife\u2019s home
\nlocated in Willis-proper and parked three blocks away. He then broke into
\nher home where he found her with her lover.<\/p>\n

The husband then pulled out a knife and stabbed his wife and her lover
\nmultiple times. The wife was rushed to Conroe Regional hospital where she
\nwas pronounced dead. The boyfriend was rushed to Ben Taub hospital in
\ncritical condition.<\/p>\n

The couple\u2019s 17-year-old son was also home at the time, but he escaped.<\/p>\n

Police arrived to the scene just as the husband was exiting the home. Just
\nbefore they were to Tase the suspect in order to subdue him, the suspect
\nstabbed himself with a screwdriver. He was taken to Memorial
\nHermann-Woodlands hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.<\/p>\n
