Notice of Vacancy<\/p>\n

Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m.\u20145:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

DESCRIPTION:<\/p>\n

Function as Community and Staff Interpreter daily. Complete all necessary
\nforms for all assignments and submit to Interpreter Coordinator. Carry the
\nEmergency Pager as assigned. Provide interpreting administrative duties as
\nneeded. Attend staff meetings, workshop training and conferences as
\nassigned. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to show
\ncooperation and support for co-workers.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n

Minimum of two years college education in interpreting\/related field or two
\nyears experience in interpreting. Must be a certified interpreter (Texas BEI
\nLevel III\/Advanced or RID Advanced) and have fluent expressive and receptive
\nskills using ASL.<\/p>\n
