Please see the email below my signature, and the attached<br \/>\nflier about two Hurricane Recovery events that have been specifically<br \/>\nplanned to reach out to Deaf and hard of hearing individuals.  The two<br \/>\nevents are scheduled for Friday afternoons &amp; evenings and Saturdays, March<br \/>\n19 \u2013 20 (at Woodhaven Baptist Deaf Church in Houston) and March 26-27 (at<br \/>\nthe Baytown Community Center).<\/p>\n<p>The agencies sponsoring this event have arranged for several certified<br \/>\ninterpreters to be present, but no one is sure how great the need will be<br \/>\nfor interpreters on the days of these events.  There will be an exhibit area<br \/>\nwith vendors and exhibitors where they would like to have plenty of<br \/>\nqualified interpreters assisting with communication and providing a<br \/>\nwelcoming environment to individuals that arrive at the event.<\/p>\n<p>If you are willing and able to donate some time interpreting at either of<br \/>\nthe events listed on the attached flier, your assistance will be greatly<br \/>\nappreciated.
