Deaf Volunteers Needed In Haiti<\/strong><\/p>\n

We would like to encourage and invite the Deaf, hard of hearing and those
\nwith sign language skills to join us April 17, 2010 for training in Little
\nRock, Arkansas so we may put together teams to serve in Haiti. This is the
\nfirst to our knowledge where d\/Deaf will be trained to serve in national and
\ninternational disasters. Join us as we go to Haiti to serve the deaf who
\nhave suffered so much and are still in need. Our additional goal is to also
\ntrain the deaf so they can become trainers to the deaf. Spreading the idea
\nof service and ability through out the country.<\/p>\n

You may be working with people from other churches throughout your area as
\nwell as other areas in Arkansas and neighboring states.<\/p>\n

Skills are optional. Willing hands are necessary. There will be work for
\nevery person who is willing to participate.<\/p>\n

This training is offered through United Methodist Church.<\/p>\n
