Lovers Lane Academy for the Deaf (LLAD), Dallas, is pleased to announce that
\nregistration for the fall is now open. We are accepting students aged from
\n5 to 25! Scholarships are available for those students with a need.<\/p>\n

You can come visit us this Saturday (March 27) at our Easter Egg Hunt and
\nlearn more about the school. The Easter Egg Hunt starts at 2:00. There
\nwill be a petting zoo and a jump house also. Let your kids play while you
\nvisit with staff about the school.<\/p>\n

The school and egg hunt are at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church, 9200
\nInwood Rd, Dallas, TX.<\/p>\n

Our school firmly believes students learn best through intensive instruction
\nin ASL and English. We focus on communication skills and learning
\nvocabulary. We learn by studying and we learn by doing things. Our older
\nstudents have been on several trips where they learned to serve other
\npeople. They have helped serve food, clean up the yard, repair a home, and
\nlisten to other people from a variety of places.<\/p>\n

In the classroom, we develop the concepts so students understand what they
\nare learning. We work with language, pictures, objects, re-enactments, and
\nmany other ways of learning. Email Peggy Key to set up a time you can visit
\nLLAD to learn more about what makes us a school where your child can be
\nhappy and succeed!<\/p>\n
