If you have bought a wireless device from Sprint Relay with data only plan then you need to know that we now have a special website that will provide support for your needs.
Go to http://www.SprintRelaySupport.com and you will find all the information you need there.
There is a video clip there that will explain different features of the BlackBerry, too. Go to BB 8703e page and then you will find a training video clip there.
Need Customer Service? Go to that website and then go to the Customer Service page, and then go to the bottom of that page and fill out a request form. That will send your email to E-Care. They will be happy to help you fix your problems or answer any questions you may have for them.
BlackBerry 8703e is still on sale and the rebate has been extended to July 14th. For more information, see forms attached. (see below)
