RE: Homecoming Booth Festival
The Texas School for the Deaf is excited to host its annual
Homecoming on Saturday, September 22, 2007. Additionally, the
Spike-Out Volleyball Tournament will occur at TSD during the same
weekend. We will be expecting a large crowd at these events. It
definitely will be a great fundraising opportunity for any
organization or club. We hope that you will be able to join us, not
just for the fundraising, but also, to give TSD our continuous
support.
The booths will be set up at TSD Campus Plaza between Middle
School/High School buildings and will be opened to public from 10:00
a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The set-up will begin at 8:00 a.m. and all vehicles
will be expected to be out of the area by 9:30 a.m. All food-related
booths will be placed between Clock Tower and Heritage Center. If you
are interested in having a booth(s), please complete the attached
booth form and return it to the Office of Student Life by September
7, 2007.
Booth Rental Fee:
Non-TSD profit-making organizations $50.00
TSD organizations $15.00
Electricity Fee $50.00
All proceeds will go to the Needy Student Fund. Please make your
check(s) payable to TSD-Student Life.
Requested booths and items sold will be assigned on a ‘first come,
first serve basis’. is strongly recommended to put in your request
with the payment directly to us before September. If you have any
questions regarding the Homecoming Booth Festival, please do not
hesitate to contact me at 412-462-5601 or email

..
