Sordos Empowerment is currently seeking Spanish speaking families with
Deaf children interested in learning ASL and Deaf culture in the
Austin area. Please contact April Winkles-Garcia if you or someone
you know would be interested in taking a class taught by a native
signer/spanish speaker. Classes will begin in January 2008 and will
be offered at a very discounted rate of $10 per class, limited to 10
people. Child care will also be provided for an additional $5 per
child.
