These ongoing hatha yoga classes will be taught by Lila Lolling,
certified Sivananda Hatha Yoga instructor. With nearly 3,500 hours of
teaching and 3,000 hours of study, Lila offers variations for all
experience levels and physical ailments.
Come and explore the beauty within a mainstreamed class as Lila
offers knowledge in ASL only, voice only and ASL & voice at the same
time. All classes offered by donation. Please arrive a few minutes
early to be prepared to start on time. Bring your mat and/or towel,
wear comfortable clothing and be sure to have an empty stomach for at
least 2 hours before class.
