She is really a great dog…I just have too many critters and too
many places to be all at once. She needs a home where someone can
love her and she can love them….forever. She is safe here, but I
cannot keep her much longer. It is too cold and I am worried about
her (I hate the cold, so must everyone 🙂 She is doing fine for now.
I bring her into my house garage at night. I know she does great with
other dogs, because some wonderful people kept her last weekend for
me. They have a great dane mix and 2 kids (7 and 11). She was perfect
there. They don’t feel they can keep her because they do not have a
fenced yard. 🙁
Please keep us in mind. Even if we could find another foster
home….My friend and I had her spayed and got her her shots. She has
put weight back on since we found her. She is picking up on my simple
signs. Nothing formal. She is very polite.
She is just west of Fort Worth, TX. She was dumped in our
neighborhood (rural, happens a lot out here….”they’ll find a good
home”) So, she could have been from anywhere. We had her spayed
because when we found her she was in heat…. She is a really lovely
girl, so pretty and smart. She adores men and is great with kids and
other dogs. Her deafness does not seem to be a problem at all. She is
learning sign language quickly.
