Prepare for Texas Driving Test – the Written Part!

The Deaf Action Center in Dallas will be offering Driver’s
Education classes beginning June 2008. The classes will meet on
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM for 8 weeks starting
June 24, 2008. Each class session will be one hour. If you would like
to prepare for the written part of the driver license test for Texas,
please complete the registration form by June 20, 2007.

Each class will hold five (5) to eight (8) people, so sign up soon.
If the class is full and you are still interested in signing up for
the next session, please contact Tracey Michol for more information.

The registration fee is $20.00 per person. It includes materials and
is non-refundable. The registration deadline is June 20th. Make checks
or money orders payable to the Deaf Action Center. The Deaf Action
Center will send you a receipt as soon as we receive your payment.

The Deaf Action Center is pleased to offer this training to anyone
who is Deaf, Hard of Hearing, CODA, other family members or anyone who
needs the support. The class will be taught in ASL. Please contact

Deaf Action Center Driver’s Education does not including driving a
car. It is preparation for the written part of the Texas Driver’s
Test only. All classes will be held at the Deaf Action Center.
