Lamar University is conducting a research study and would like
participation by Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing Impaired
individuals. This study is seeking input regarding the type and amount
of exposure to Deaf cultural elements each adult participant
experienced during their K-12 education. We hope that the information
we gather from you will help Lamar University identify gaps in K-12
education and improve pre-service teacher training.

No foreseeable risks are anticipated as a result of participation. All
individual responses remain 100% confidential as no names are included
on the survey. Although participation is voluntary, we hope that you
