Gregory J. Hlibok, Esq.

Greg works as a senior attorney at the Federal Communications
Commission’s Disability

Rights Office. He has taken a lead on several crucial rulemaking
proceedings that

resulted in an unprecedented growth in Video Relay Service (VRS) and
Internet Protocol

(IP) Relay Service since 2001. A Gallaudet University alumnus, he
holds a law degree

from Hofstra Law School. He will provide essential information on how
you can be

prepared for the impending transition to digital television when all
analog signals will be

terminated on February 19, 2009. He will also discuss about the
ten-digit numbering plan

and E-911 access for VRS and IP Relay which will be implemented by
December 31, 2008.
