SWCID REUNION 2010

YEARBOOK ANNOUNCEMENT
Hello Ex-students, ex-faculty & staff, students, faculty & staff and
everyone:
We would like to make an announcement about the yearbook plans. It is
for everyone who wants to know more information about the yearbook for
SWCID Reunion 2010.
1. Please send us your pictures ( copies) any old photos taken from
1980 to present. We will continue to accept your copied photos until
May 31, 2009. Do not send us your original photos, they will not be
returned.
2. Send it to either Lisa Wynn or Christine Kamal below at the
following addresses:

Please send us your photos so that we can put it in the yearbook. We
are asking everyone to send us your old past photos from 1980 to
present because we know that when some of you students and faculty and
staff were there in SWCID, there was not enough photos for any
yearbook. We would like to see everyone enjoy old memories from SWCID.
This is the purpose we are making the yearbook. We will be asking all
the staff and faculty that we need some of the old photos for the
yearbook. We will fly and go to SWCID in Big Spring, and get some of
the pictures later as we work on it. We have asked the staff and
faculty who have been there before to make some photos possible to us
for the yearbook.
**** Let us explain how the yearbook plan works. If anyone is
interesting to order the yearbooks, and if the order or ” buys ” is
about ( 400 ) books then it will be about $ 65 dollars per book. This
is a good price. But if we get less than 200 orders for the yearbook
it will cost $ 80 dollars per book because of not enough orders. We
hope everyone will participate and send us your photos and we hope
that we get more than 400 orders from everyone ex-students, faculty,
and staff. I hope more than 400. Keep our finger cross and faith.
**** If you wish to send us your order early, please send your
personal check or money order to: Christine Kamal. She works in the
bank and will set up an account for the SWCID Reunion 2010.. The
Account will be labeled as SWCID Reunion 2010. She will deposit all
checks and money orders and take care of it. She will be making copies
of all the checks or money orders recieved and send a copy to Lisa
Wynn for verification. That way we will know who has already PAID for
the yearbook or T-shirts or other combo tickets. We will keep all
records until July 2010 until the time for the Reunion. Payments must
be received before May 31, 2009. NOTE: Those of you who plan to send
personal checks please write below your check on the left bottom
corner for ” memo” write ( Yearbook ). Because later we will have
other plans for the T-Shirts, and combo tickets sells. Christine will
ask the bank to find out if the bank allow Christine to have, called
“SWCID Reunion 2010” instead of Christine Kamal. We will let you
know next newsletter.
**** If anyone wants to buy ( purchase) the yearbook at the last
minute it will cost extra. Payments must be received by May 31, 2009.
**** Before we finish having our SWCID Reunion 2010, we will be
taking more pictures to put in the yearbook, as unfinished business,
the pictures will show who has been there for a good time for the
SWCID Reunion 2010. Once we finish that the photos / pictures will be
sent to the yearbook company and it will take about 4 to 6 months for
them to finish printing. The yearbook will contain of color and black
and white photos. The yearbook will have about 400 pages.
2. We still have not got any Logo’s designs from anyone yet. If no
one sends us any new design logo for the yearbook. Then there will be
no winner’s surprise. Last day for the Logo creation is December 31,
2008, if we do not get any designs from anyone then we will have to
create the logo for the yearbook ourselves. We still need your help
and feedback on what Logo you would like to see for the yearbook.
More information will be announced later once we know more
information and prices about T-Shirts and combo tickets.
