VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVE CONTINUES TO THE END: REMEMBER TO REGISTER
TO VOTE TODAY!
This is an urgent reminder that today is the last day to register to
vote in the November 4, 2008 election. Whoever does not register to
vote, cannot vote in the national, state or local elections taking
place. Just as at the national level, there may be issues that will
greatly affect you, your family and your community. With the right to
vote, you also have a say in how those issues are addressed and to
make sure that your community is included.
We will not have another chance like this to make a difference for
our community for another four years. Waiting is not an option.
Thinking that your vote doesn’t count is not an option. Leaving it
up to the other person to vote for us is not an option. It works when
