Tarrant County Deaf Community meeting with City of Fort Worth

City of Fort Worth, City Councilman Danny Scarth listened to people
who came to Let’s Talk Fort Worth on September 25th at Will Rogers
about services needed in Fort Worth and Tarrant County accessibility
for Deaf. He had meeting with 2 of those who attended and want to hear
from more of Deaf community. He will bring representatives from local
hospitals, police department, school district and others to listen to
Deaf community about what Deaf need in Fort Worth! Also people from
Community Relations Department with City of Fort Worth will be there
too to work on more accessible services to make Fort Worth a “Deaf
Friendly City”!

For improvement, change and better future for Deaf in Fort Worth and
Tarrant County we need Deaf to be there and tell your experience,
frustration, want you want to see better in Fort Worth for Deaf!

Change can happen! Hope to see you there!
