Texoma Council for the Deaf (TCD) has been suspended as of Friday,
November 14, 2008 due to unforeseen circumstances. When the new TCD
reopens in the future, it will have new ideals and agenda than the
past and present TCD. I apologize for this inconvenience.
Awards Banquet on November 22, Election on November 23, and Christmas
Party on December 20 are canceled. Again, I apologize for this
inconvenience.
