Texoma Council for the Deaf (TCD) is ALIVE and kicking!!! We’re STILL
having an Awards Banquet on November 22, 2008. Scott Randolph is no
longer president and Deborah Young, Vice President and current
officers steps up and said “WE ARE UNITED….NOT DIVIDED!” So please,
folks…ignore the flying rumors that TCD is suspended. “Unforseen
circumstances” did happen but we’re moving on. Our non-profit
organization have been strong since 1976 and we’ve NEVER suspended
