TCD – Letter from Deborah Young

I find this information greatly disturbed and have met with former
president, Scott Randolph, on this matter at his “demand” for a
meeting at his own choice of place at the Starbucks Coffee House in
McKinney. He brought his own appointed secretary, Evelyn Pasqua, and
his own “witness”, his wife, Lynn Randolph. This is a violation to the
TCD’s bylaws. And Scott refused to come up with a resolution with
myself or the officers or members who came to the meeting. And Scott
walked out of the building.

TCD had its awards banquet and a general meeting was held. Scott
Randolph sent an email, as shown below, to the officers’ pagers that
he resigned as TCD president on the same day as the TCD held its
banquet on Saturday night. The worst thing of all, Scott asked someone
to post a paper sign that day that the banquet is NOT to be held. But
the banquet and general meeting went on without any further incidents.

Sixteen members, including officers and board members (there are NO
executive board member) have read through documents which showed Scott
Randolph have stolen $1500 and TCD property. I have been a member of
TCD since 1981 and there have NEVER been a screwed up situation with
TCD until Scott Randolph came along and changed the bylaws and started
his own ideas of website, private business transactions using members’
monies and promised 10% profits toward TCD, and among other things
WITHOUT the knowledge of the officers and members. Scott and his wife
joined TCD in 2006.

Therefore, it was voted at the TCD officers’ meeting on Sunday,
November 23rd after the the “meeting” in McKinney that Scott Randolph,
Evelyn Pasqua, and Lynn Randolph are banned from TCD indefinitely.
Scott Randolph made false accusations and gave false information. Also
at the general meeting, it was voted that Scott Randolph is revoked as
president of TCD.

TCD remains strong as always will.

DEAFinitely,

Deborah Young

Vice President
