Lila Lolling founder of DeafYoga Foundation, will be coming back to
Austin for one day to share Yogic teachings. She will guide you to go
within and remember your soul’s highest potential. Yoga is to tear
down walls, to unite, to harmonize and to get in-tune with the power
that lies within you.
During this “inner investigative” workshop, you will learn about your
soul’s light, the power of your mind, attachments, forgiveness and ask
tough personal questions while sharing as community. There will be
Self-expression, lecture, creative projects and community sharing.
We will start with a 90-minute yoga class then enjoy a day of Self
exploration. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring pen/pencil,
journal, and a veggie dish to pass for our community potluck lunch.
Guided in ASL. Pre-registration suggested. Limit 20 people, spaces
will fill quickly.
