December 2008 Catholic Deaf Community Mass:
The Catholic Deaf Ministry Program for the Diocese of Fort Worth will
celebrate its December Deaf Community Mass on Sunday December 7, 2008
at 1:45 PM at San Mateo (Mission) Catholic Church, 3304 Lovell Ave.
Fort Worth, TX 76107. (see http://www.fwdioc.org
for a map and directions) Fr. Ken Robinson will be with the
community once again, to celebrate mass in voice and sign.
Unfortunately, we will not have CART available this month, but are
working on providing it in the near future.
Members of the choir will meet at 1:00-1:30 in the parish hall to
practice for mass; everyone is invited to join! Parking is available
on the streets around the church.
Please arrive early and plan to stay after mass for our Christmas
Potluck Dinner and Party. Cost is $2.00 per person and everyone is
asked to bring either a salad, fruit or vegetable dish to share with
the community. You may drop your dish off before mass at the Parish
Hall (just next door to the church). We will have a program and games
with prizes after dinner. Information concerning upcoming Deaf
Ministry Advent and Christmas activities will be available. Contact

Immaculate Conception Feast Day and Holy Day of Obligation:
The 7:00 PM mass at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 7341
Glenview Drive, North Richland Hills, TX 76180 will be interpreted for
the Catholic Deaf Community on Monday 12-8-08 in celebration of the
Immaculate Conception. Pews will be reserved for the Deaf Community in
