Ash Wednesday Services for the Fort Worth Catholic Community for the
Deaf
There will be interpreted Ash Wednesday Services held at St. John the
Apostle Catholic Church, 7341 Glenview Drive, North Richland Hills, TX
76180 next Wednesday, 2-25-09 at 7:00 PM in the Formation Center.
This building is separate from the church and is located at 4101
Frawley Rd. NRH, TX 76180. The community will gather at 7:00 to
discuss the origin of Lent, and then move at 7:20 to the chapel in the
Formation Center to celebrate Ash Wednesday readings and receive
ashes.
Rules for fasting apply to all Catholics between the ages of 18-59,
and anyone 14 years of age or older must abstain from meat on Ash
