Note from DeafNetwork.com: Robert Frank is a personal friend of ours
and as well as many of you who knew him. We did not know about his
death until two weeks ago and tried to reach his brother.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach his brother, and we do not know if
they ever had service or not. This is something we will remember him
throught our website.

Robert P. Frank of San Marcos passed away on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009,
at the age of 65.
