There will be a hearing on SB 1715 on April 7, 2009 (Tuesday) at 9am
at the Betty King room at the Capitol in Austin, Texas.
This is a bill that would, among others, require landlords in Texas
to provide visual smoke alarms to deaf/hh occupants/renters in
apartment complexes.
Please come to the hearing this coming Tuesday and SHOW YOUR SUPPORT
FOR THIS BILL! This is so important. Many of you have been waiting for
