Prior to the start of SWDGA Tournament pairing, you must provide one
of three criteria: 1.) You must show your USGA Handicap Index card.
2.) If you do not have your USGA Handicap index, you must provide
your last two (2) deaf association tournament scores
and copy it to me.

• USGA Course Rating
• USGA Slope Rating
• USGA Course Par
3.) If you do not provide one of two criteria, your final handicap
index will be determined after the SWDGA tournament is over. It will
be given on your net score of tournament.
