Barbara Jordan Media Awards Ceremony – Denton
We hope that you will be able to join us for this year’s Barbara Jordan
Media Awards Ceremony, to be held on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 7:00 PM
(reception begins at 5:30 PM), at The Gateway on the campus of the
University of North Texas in Denton.
Our host this year is UNT’s Mayborn School of Journalism, and they have
planned quite an evening. The keynote speaker will be Cragg Hines, former
Washington Bureau Chief of the Houston Chronicle, and we will be presenting
awards in 8 categories, including a Student Journalist. You can read about

Tickets for the dinner and ceremony are $25 ($20 for students and children)
