TDI / NAD Video Relay Service and Advanced Communication Services Survey
TDI and National Association of the Deaf (NAD) would like to thank you for filling out this survey.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has been asking many excellent questions about how deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind people use Video Relay Services and other types of advanced communication services. We are collecting data in order to determine what deaf and hard of hearing people want so that we can better advocate as we respond to FCC requests for comments on proposed rules for the TRS industry.
To help TDI, NAD and partnering consumer organizations best represent the deaf, hard of hearing, and deaf-blind community as we implement the Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA), please take 5-10 minutes to answer all the questions.

What other types of electronic communication systems do you use? (Instant messaging, e-mail, voice chats, etc.) *
If applicable, how do you connect your hearing aid or cochlear implant with your mobile phone?
At work, are you easily able to access relay services such as Captioned Telephone, Video Relay Service and/or IP Relay?
