and Internal Revolution.” When he is not writing, he teaches English at

About the Book: The forward of “BUG: Deaf Identity and Internal Revolution”
starts off with an absurd claim in which the book promises the reader that
“what you have in your hands is a bomb. But it is the kind you need to hold
on to for dear life, not run away from. For this reason, this book is
already a classic.” John Lee Clark’s succinct words illustrates Christopher
Jon Heuer’s collection of essays, articles and poems that addresses a
variety of topics, mundane and relevant; about being Deaf and deaf as well
as baldness, family dynamics and more.
