Big Brothers Big Sisters, a premier non-profit agency dedicated to developing positive mentoring relationships between a caring adult and a potentially at risk youth is looking for a Match Support Specialist with the ability to effectively communicate in sign language. This position is primarily responsible for managing a caseload including deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, providing support to volunteers, children and parents, ensuring agency standards are met regarding all aspects of the relationship including activities, safety, training, goals, etc. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a Human Services field and the ability to work from home; computer skills required; related experience is strongly preferred. Must be able to work independently, successfully achieving goals. This position has flexible hours generally starting later in the morning and ending mid-evening; some weekend work may be necessary; local travel in the service area. In addition to providing a dynamic growth oriented professional work environment, we also offer an excellent benefit package and flexible work hours. Some positions may be virtual. Non-smoker.
