leaders (for ages 16 to older adults);

Early-bird all-inclusive registration fee for the weekend is $100 (if
paid by September 1, 2012)
After September 1, the price is $125.
Children registration fee is $25, if parents are registered too.

This event is hosted by the Lovers Lane Deaf Fellowship and the South
Central Jurisdiction of the United Methodist Congress of the Deaf. All
activities are interpreted in ASL or voice interpreted (exceptions in
the interpreter workshop).
Christians of all denominations and non-denominations are encouraged to
participate in this special conference for the Deaf community and to
strengthen the Christian Deaf community in North Texas. Seekers or
those without a church are welcome. Interpreters and students of Deaf
culture and language are also encouraged to attend!
For out of town guests, we have special rates at Homewood Suites Market
Center, 2724 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75207. On Friday and
Saturday evening there are single rooms at $109 per night and double
room at $129 per night. Rooms are non-smoking, include kitchens, hot

About our presenter:
Linsay Darnall is Deaf and a CODA, and has been heavily involved in the
Deaf community of Nebraska and the USA for several decades. Among his
experience is serving as vice-president of Nebraska Association of the
Deaf for two years, president of the Nebraska School for the Deaf
Alumni Association for 17 years, and as National Association of the
Deaf Region II board member for two years. He recently preached at the
2012 NAD Conference in Louisville, Kentucky, which held worship
services for the first time in several years. He has also led camps for
the Jr. National Association for the Deaf. Recently, he completed the
translation of the Book of Haggai in the Old Testament for the ASL
Bible, produced by Deaf Missions in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He received
the Outstanding Use of American Sign Language Award from the Gallaudet
University Theater Department.
