Who?
Rick Bullard is a program specialist for the Lubbock
Vocational Rehabilitation Office. As a vocational rehabilitation
counselor, he has worked with consumers with a hearing loss by
assisting them with the job search and placement and providing adaptive
listening devices, as well as vocational/school training. Rick also
has a hearing loss and is familiar with the communication issues that
impact people with a hearing loss. Rick holds a MS degree in
rehabilitation counseling from the University of Arkansas and is a
certified rehabilitation counselor through CRCC.
Why?
Rick will talk about what the Rehabilitation Counselor for the Deaf can
do for you, from employment search/placement, school training, purchase
of hearing aids, and vocational training. He will also discuss
