A Workshop designed by Carol J. Patrie, Ph.D. for interpreters and students who can generally understand the signed message, but often have difficulty understanding fingerspelled words on the first try.
Carol Patrie is an independent academic and a national and international consultant on interpretation and teaching interpretation. She is the author of The Effective Interpreting Series and the video series, Interpreting in Medical, Legal, and Insurance Settings, all published by Dawn Sign Press.
