Frankie S. Chaffin Widner Scholarship Fund at TJC
Frankie Widner’s family started a new scholarship for Tyler Junior College (TJC) students who are Deaf. It is the Frankie S. Chaffin Widner Scholarship Fund, to help pay for college expenses not already covered by other means. The family asks that donations be made to this scholarship instead of sending flowers.
