TEXAS SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF’S CLASS OF 2013 SCHOLARSHIPS and AWARDS – June 5, 2013
COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES – June 6, 2013
Austin, Texas – June 5, 2013 Today at 1:30 p.m., the Texas School for the Deaf’s (TSD) graduating Class of 2013 strolls down the South Austin campus, with teachers, staff and family members waving final congratulations, to assemble in the R.L. Davis Auditorium for TSD’s 2013 senior scholarships and high school awards ceremony.
Wrapping up school activities today at TSD, approximately 50 different scholarships totaling over $25,000, are awarded to graduating seniors seeking post-graduate studies and career training.
TSD is honored to welcome Texas House Representative, Donna Howard – to give the 2013 Commencement Address, tomorrow – Thursday, June 6, at 2:00 p.m.
