Peggy Prosser is a Deaf American woman who lives and works in Japan/ She has been in Japan since 1991 and is a freelance tour guide. Peggy understands Japanese Sign Language and knows much about Japanese culture and history. We welcome you to tour Japan and to meet Deaf Japanese friends.
