Houston Black Deaf Advocates presents Deaf Black History Month.
Black History Month that is known as African-American History Month in America, is an annual observance in the United States every February 1-28.
Emmanuel Eziashi will share an interesting story about Dr. Andrew Foster, a deaf missionary and the first Black student to graduate from Gallaudet.
