VENDORS WANTED – Black History Month Celebration 2026
VENDOR WANTED You are welcome to sign up as a vendor for our event happening on February 21, 2026 — You can participate with a crafts, communities services, Art or as a resource vendor! We are excited to announce that the Dallas Black Deaf Advocates will celebrate its Annual Black History Month this year! Our organization has proudly served Deaf and Hard of Hearing across the DFW area.
We are hosting a Black History Month community event and would be honored to have your organization participate as a vendor.
- Date: Saturday, February 21, 2026
- Time: 1pm to 4pm
- Location: Community Beer 3110 Commonwealth Dr Dallas Texas 75245
This event will bring together families, educators, and community organizations to celebrate the legacy and future of Deaf organization. Your presence would provide valuable resources, support, and visibility to our Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
Please note: Vendors will be responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and any display materials. We’ll provide designated space for each vendor and assist with setup guidance upon arrival.

Please fill out the vendor form if you want to have a booth Community Beer for selling items or for sharing information. Once we receive your completed form, we’ll send follow-up details regarding setup times, parking, and event logistics. We will contact you ASAP and make sure we talk with you!
Fee for January 12, 2026, to January 26, 2026, the amount of $30.00.
Fee for January 27,2026 to February 14, 2026, the amount of $40.00.
