Another Exciting Poker Tournament Coming up on the 7th of October!
It is NO LIMIT Texas Hold ‘EM (15 thousand in chip)
Dallas Association of the Deaf will continue to host the North Texas Deaf Poker Tournament each month until the end of June, 2007.
8 out of 100 players who earn the most points, will enter the final tournament in July, 2007 to determine the North Texas Deaf Poker Championship. It will be your great challenge to grab your highest-making points for this classic event.
When: Saturday, October 7th

Dallas Association of the Deaf
4215 Maple Ave.
Dallas, Texas
The competition starts at 4 p.m.
Entry Fee: $20.00 per member and $23.00 per non-member.
The number of participants will be limited to 80.
Hearing individual who can communicate in sign language, is welcome to participate in the Deaf poker tournament.
DAD door opens at 12 noon.
Sign-Up at 2:30 p.m.
Explanation of rules and seating assignments
Come on and have your sign-up for this classic tournament and you will have a chance to go home as a winner.
At this present, Sharon Howell, Yen Kenny, Tommy Le, Jody Dunn, Andy Adams, Tim Sisley, Joey Calvano, and Nathan Faver are the point-making leaders. You will have a good chance to get in on top 8 by knocking any player from above out for the first place.
The total of players in the first two months were 94.
SPECIAL ATTENTION:
October 7th will be a big day for a college football game. You will be encouraged to wear red shirt if you are an OU Sooners fan and the other fan who roots Texas Longhorn, wearing orange shirt. You may want to wear cap to show who you are rooting for. The game will be televised while playing poker.
Fans: $2.00 per member and $3.00 per non-member. (no children allowed)
Happy Hours: 12 noon — 4 p.m. and again from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The fabulous foods, drinks, and desserts will be sold. The entrees will be Louisiana Spaghetti with meat balls and New Orleans Jambayala with sausages. Yum! Yum!
