TIME: 4:00pm – 5:30pm

ADDRESS:

The C.A.R.E Program would like to personally invite you to join Journey Outpatient Treatment Program.

This exciting and fun group is for individuals who are HIV+ and either have or have in the past had an issue with substances.
The Journey Program has hearing impaired clients and interpreters are always provided. We not only address subjects surrounding HIV/AIDS and substance use, but also get together and have a good time. We go bowling, watch movies, order pizza, play cards, etc. We also offer free, weekly Acudetox, an acupuncture protocal that decreases stress and cravings for substances and promotes relaxation and general well-being.

Please feel free to come to C.A.R.E. to obtain more information and to see if this group would be a good fit for you. Or you can reach us by fax with the information provided.
