Obituary:
Mr. Malcolm Hugh Pace, Jr. of New Boston, Texas, passed away Tuesday, May 4,
2010 at a New Boston Nursing Center. He was 85.
Malcolm was born December 12, 1924 in Bowie, Texas to Malcolm and Eva
Brubaker Pace. He was a Newspaper printer for the El Paso Times and a member
of First Baptist Church Moores Lane in Texarkana, Texas.
He is survived by two daughters, Mary Downs of New Boston, Texas and Nancy
Montes of El Paso, Texas; a son Jesse H. Pace of Louisiana; nine
grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Pace in 2003; and a son Malcolm
Hugh Pace III in 1998.
Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 7, 2010 at Bates
Family Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 7, 2010 at Bates
Family Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Cox officiating.
