Dear SWSAD Coaches, Players, and Fans:

Happy New 2007 Year! SouthWest Softball Association of the Deaf is looking forward to new 2007 SWSAD year! SWSAD is proudly announce that SWSAD will host 1st ever Invitational Tournament on June 2, 2007 in Beaumont, Texas. This invitational tournament will help deaf teams to get ready to get slo-pitch softball players ready for 2007 SWSAD-San Marcos, which will be held in San Marcos, Texas on the weekend of July 13-14, 2007. More information about those tournaments, please visit www.SWSAD.org.

Please get ready for 2007 softball season! Please check “Important Dates” on SWSAD’s website to ensure you don’t miss any events/deadline.

2007 SWSAD-San Marcos will have the lowest combo ticket cost in SWSAD history! Only $25 combo ticket if purchase by July 1, 2007. The combo ticket will be $40 at door, so don’t wait, buy ticket now and you can buy ticket online, visit http://www.swsad.org/2007/2007_SWSAD_SanMarcosTX.htm for more info on 2007 SWSAD-San Marcos.

Also, don’t forget to renewal or pay SWSAD membership due before April 1st, 2007. If your club/team is expired, SWSAD will waive $20 late fee if your team/club pay membership due by March 1st, 2007. SWSAD Members will be able to voice and vote at SWSAD’s General/Softball Division Meetings. More information, check www.swsad.org/SWSADMembers.htm.

If you are softball player who is looking for new team to play softball, please go to www.swsad.org and click “Forum” button, and it will lead you to “Free Agency Players” and you fill in your information, SWSAD coaches will view your information and contact you directly. Keep in mind, SWSAD do not guarantee your successful fundraising, it depends on how much your teamworks in this program.
