WHAT IS EXPLORE UT?
Explore UT is a day when the doors of The University of Texas at Austin open wide to the people of Texas. Each year, on the first Saturday of March, set your compass for the campus. Come and make yourself at home. Adventurers of all ages are invited to share the world of discovery that is part of everyday life at one of the nation’s premier public research universities.

WHAT CAN YOU DO AT EXPLORE UT?
Select from 400 activities offered by students, faculty and staff. Follow your dreams – design a bridge, stir up a pharmaceutical compound, construct a childhood fort, tour a residence hall, watch robotic dogs play soccer, or march with the Longhorn Band. Adventures can be found all across campus. Visit the Explore UT Web site for a complete listing of scheduled activities. You can create and print your own schedule online.

HOW DOES EXPLORE UT WORK?
Many activities are continuous so you can drop in and out all day. Others start on the hour and last for 40 minutes to give you time to walk or take the shuttle to the next program. Stop by an information center to get directions or pick up a schedule and map. Purchase lunch on campus or bring your own and picnic. End your day at the tower for a “class photo” and free ice cream.
