PEPNet Needs Assessment – student responses

Dear Student,

The U.S. Department of Education has renewed funding for the Postsecondary Education Programs Network (PEPNet) with its four regional centers for another five years. The four regional centers within PEPNet are funded to help secondary and postsecondary institutions more effectively address the postsecondary, vocational, technical, continuing, and adult education needs of individuals who are deaf. At the beginning of each funding cycle PEPNet must conduct a needs assessment to guide its long range planning. Your opinions concerning the needs addressed in this questionnaire from the perspective of a student are very important and will be helpful in PEPNet’s planning for enhancing the educational experiences for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.

If you could take a few minutes to respond to the questionnaire you can help us in this important undertaking. To complete the questionnaire go to:

http://www.netac.rit.edu/pepnetneeds (and choose “No ID”)

Thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire. If you have any questions or additional comments please contact [email protected]_.

Best wishes from the PEPNet regional directors,

Marcia Kolvitz, PEPNet-South
Dianne Brooks, PEPNet-Northeast
Dave Buchkoski, PEPNet-Midwest
Cathy McLeod, PEPNet-West
