They can qualify for a free CapTel through the STAP Program of Texas.
Do you have a CapTel (Captioned Telephone) but don’t know how to use it?
You can get a free hands on training on how to use your CapTel at your home or office.
CapTel Service is provided free through the Relay Texas Program. CapTel is available for hard of hearing people or those who have some hearing loss. It works like a regular phone but comes with captions and an amplifier.
